01 / FIND YOUR STARTING POINT
You know the challenge. Let’s find the right support.
Three quick questions. A practical starting point.
02 / HOW I CAN HELP
A focused project, help on site, or an ongoing safety partner. Every engagement starts with your operation and ends with something useful.
Industrial hygiene and exposure assessment planning, chemical and laboratory safety, emergency preparedness, and incident review can be scoped into your engagement. Specialist testing and sampling needs are defined during scoping.
03 / THE WORKING RELATIONSHIP

OUTPUT / Tools your team can own04 / EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE ADVICE
I’m Ryan Thomas, the consultant behind TCES.
My 20+ years across EHS, construction, aerospace, industrial hygiene, training, and emergency response shape a straightforward approach: understand the risk, make the controls usable, and help people take ownership.
My work includes OSHA 29 CFR 1910 (general industry) and 1926 (construction), alongside ISO 45001 management-system development. I connect those requirements with the realities of a jobsite, a lab, a production floor, or a team preparing for an emergency.
A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS
We discuss your operation, current concerns, and desired outcome. From there, TCES proposes a defined scope with deliverables, responsibilities, timing, and fees. A focused assessment can be the first step when the priorities aren’t yet clear.
Yes. Support can complement an internal safety lead, give an operations manager additional capacity, or help bridge a leadership gap. Roles and decision authority are agreed at the start.
The delivery format follows the work. Document review, planning, and management-system support can often be remote. Walkthroughs, field support, and practical training may call for time on site. Location, travel, and scheduling are agreed in the scope.
TCES can support implementation, internal audits, and readiness for an external certification audit. Certification decisions belong to an independent certification body; certification is not guaranteed.
05 / START A CONVERSATION
